We had such a great experience with Liberty Bounce for my daughter’s birthday! We rented a water slide, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. They arrived right on time, the setup was quick and professional, and I really appreciated that they thoroughly disinfected and cleaned the slide before the kids used it. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything was sanitized. The water slide was a huge hit, and the kids had an amazing time all day. Dunia, the owner, and her entire staff were professional, courteous, and had outstanding communication from start to finish. Dunia answered all of my questions, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire rental process, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. This was my first time renting an inflatable for a party, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The delivery team was incredibly friendly, funny, and professional. The kids loved joking around with them, and they made the experience even more memorable. I was especially impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned the inflatable before setup and again after pickup. They handled the setup and takedown of the combo slide quickly and efficiently, making the entire process completely stress-free. The bounce house was the highlight of our Fourth of July celebration and was even featured in the *Philadelphia Inquirer*! It brought so much joy to the kids and made our event even more special. Dunia and her team genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in every detail. I can't recommend Liberty Bounce House enough! Their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail made our event a huge success.
